Sri Arindam Mukhopadhyay is the Founder of Avivy Surgical Pvt. Ltd. and a visionary entrepreneur with a strong background in technology, operations, and strategic business development. An IIT alumnus, he has played a pivotal role in building Avivy into a trusted orthopedic implant partner for hospitals and surgeons across Kolkata and beyond.
Driven by a belief in teamwork and long-term thinking, he has successfully built and mentored a highly skilled, dedicated, and results-oriented team. His leadership philosophy emphasizes clarity of vision, operational excellence, and people-first growth.

He has in-depth knowledge about Hospital Management worked in a similar environment for years.
Having rich experience in Orthopaedic Trauma Business for more than 8 years, and mostly deals with peripheral surgeons with great satisfaction. He is instrumental in spreading Ortho Business to distant and far-flung areas of West Bengal. Creates valued contributions in terms of overall marketing and is an integral part of Avivy Sales Force.
The most experienced salesperson and one of the best in the industry. He has had a total sales experience of more than 10 years with the Company. He deals with critical patients and manages the best Orthopaedic surgeons in Kolkata and the peripheral areas. Key person for the company in terms of Sales and knowledge sharing. Contributes significantly in terms of growth and upliftment of the Company.
Business Development Manager of Avivy and its Group Companies. Having 8 years rich experience in terms of Orthopaedic Trauma Products and processes. He generally interacts with reputed surgeons , attending conferences, imparting business etc. He played a key role in growth and prosperity of Avivy and its group companies.

He maintains a professional and cordial relation with the accounts team of different institutions as well as his own team members, making the functioning of the accounts depertment hassel free. He understands his responsibility well and has great problem-solving skill and his quick response to anyone who comes with it makes fucntioning of the accounts department smooth.
Key person in terms of maintaining day-to-day and overall Accounts. Having more than 20 years of experience in the Financial and Taxation field. He is very active and closely coordinating with our external Financial Advisory Team of Chartered Accountants. He is also responsible and performs with profound confidence in terms of deriving Sales, Purchase, GST, and Taxation pieces.
